Shipping policy

Once received, you order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Unscented candles are poured on demand so please allow an additional 1-2 days for those to be processed. All shipping rates are carrier-calculated, Providential Co. does not make money on shipping. For candles: special care is taken in packaging these fragile items. During hot times of the year, additional packaging is applied to prevent wax from spilling over onto the label. Please remove this with caution.
